Environmental protection and technical progress from a single source. HYDROTECHNIK LÜBECK are water engineering specialists who combine environmental protection with technical progress. Along with oil booms, compressed air barriers, ice prevention systems and the creation of complete protection systems for desalination plants, underwater noise insulation is our most important field of activity. It was for this purpose that we developed the Big Bubble Curtain – a versatile compressed air system for reducing noise emissions during offshore pile-driving, but also for protecting marine wildlife during blasting to remove munitions.

Metallguss Herpers GmbH specialises on aluminium casting with the highest level of difficulty. The realisation of highly demanding customer requirements expand the limits of the state of the art, for example casting with numerous cores or precision casting with high repeat accuracy with wall thicknesses from 1 mm. Thinner walls can also be reproducibly produced, but their application depends on the operational load profile. The business activities range from prototypes over semi-finished goods to finished products for mechanical engineering, vehicle manufacturing, aerospace applications and the electrical industry.

Taktilesdesign GmbH has expertise in the development of textured surfaces for functional applications and design. We create surface textures for moulding, transportation, furniture and product design. Especially for black marking, antireflective and hydrodynamic effects. we rely on the latest technology such as ultrashort pulse laser. Taktilesdesign delivers texture data ready for production for additive manufacturing and laser engraving based upon your CAD Data.
Within a project, we create greyscale data from given samples or own creative development with indifferent depth variations. With a mapping process, the texture is projected upon the surface and distortions are reduced.
